Family Mediation

Mediation is ideal for resolving family disagreements because it is able to help resolve issues whilst recognising the importance of the need for future communication. The process skilfully managed minimises the damage caused to the relationship because it focuses on the issues that need to be resolved. Issues that we have helped resolve in the past involve disagreements between

• Divorced parents, access to children and other issues
• Parents and children
• Siblings

Where a marriage is breaking down and custody of the children is an issue or finances need resolving, specialist knowledge will be required.
